From starting a nonprofit teen center in my hometown to advising organizations big and small, I have always loved working with people on projects with a purpose, so I am very excited to launch my consulting practice to continue this work.

As you will see in my bio, I have deep experience leading successful teams, building authentic relationships, and delivering meaningful results. From 2007-2017, as Lead Consultant and Associate Director of the Social Innovation Forum, I managed a small staff team in its work with a broad network of funders and organizations. I loved working with small but mighty nonprofit organizations and helping funders to learn about social issues and ways they can engage and support critical work in greater Boston.

Along my career and life path, I have learned (and am still learning) about how privilege, structural/institutional racism, and power dynamics have contributed to the challenges we face in our society today. I believe that we will all be better off in a society that is more equitable – where all people are treated with dignity and respect, and where we address social issues more productively by being thoughtful about our individual choices, government policies, and business practices.
